My Broken Computer

Okay...so, my Windows won't load properly and I can only run my computer in safe mode. I took a screenshot to make a joke of it, but it's really pissing me off that it won't work. I was told by an HP technician over the phone to remove some battery from my tower and then put it back in to restore settings, and that worked. But, now it won't load again and the battery trick won't work.

Either case, enjoy the picture. It's probobly a blessing that it's not working up to par. I have finals this week
